With over 20 years of combined experience as a passionate registered dietitian and a certified
athletic trainer, I take a holistic approach to nutrition, health, and wellness. By exploring the
root causes of your health concerns, I can help you create a personalized nutrition plan that
empowers you to heal your body and achieve your desired goals. I believe that food is more
than just fuel; it is a powerful tool for healing.
My special nutrition interests include generalized weight loss, managing high cholesterol, and
elevated blood pressure, addressing pre-diabetes and diabetes, supporting thyroid health,
assisting with sleep issues, balancing hormones during perimenopause and menopause,
preventing or reversing osteopenia and osteoporosis, enhancing mental health through
nutrition, tackling gastrointestinal (GI) issues such as GERD, IBS, and IBD, and providing
compassionate nutrition support for clients taking GLP-1 medications. I also focus on promoting
healthy aging across all life spans.
As a licensed and virtual registered dietitian, I provide telehealth nutrition counseling with
empathetic and compassionate support through all aspects of your health journey. I enjoy
offering easy and doable action steps you can add to your daily routine to help you achieve
your health goals.

When not working with clients or absorbing the latest nutrition research, you’ll find me
spending time with my two children, ages 21 and 16, or enjoying the outdoors, from biking to
skiing to long walks with my dog, in the beautiful suburbs of Minneapolis. As a self-proclaimed
foodie, I love exploring the local restaurant scene.
